1.

How often should a portable toilet be serviced?

For long term applications a weekly service (or after 80-100 uses) is sufficient to meet the needs of most users. However, for large special events a  service may be needed on a daily or nightly basis. When renting a portable toilet be sure to discuss your specific needs with the customer service representative to ensure that your toilets will be serviced at an appropriate frequency.

2.

Where can you place my portable toilet?

We will place your portable toilet(s) at your event or on your job site per your instruction. We will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate your wishes as to placement on the portable unit. However, we will relocate the unit or notify you if it becomes necessary so that is readily accessible for servicing. This ensures that our trucks, employees and equipment are not in danger or at risk.

3.

How much notice do you require to rent a portable restroom?

Typically we can deliver your portable restroom within 24 hours and sometimes even the same day.

Do you offer portable toilet rentals for just 1 day?

5.

Can portable toilet be used in cold climates?

Yes they can! Portable toilets are great for colder climates. Units that are frequently used during a special event tend to stay a bit warmer than the outside temperature. If the temperature gets really cold a salty brine solution can be added to the waste reservoir to help prevent it from freezing.

6.

Can my restroom be staked down?

Portable restrooms and strong winds don’t typically mix. To help anchor your restroom you may want to consider staking them for additional support. Stakes will help keep your restroom in the upright position so it can be utilized for the full duration of your rental. Please note: While anchor stakes can help minimize tip overs, they can only be utilized if the restroom is sitting on soft and level ground. They will also do very little to fight tip overs from juveniles or vandals.
